Thomas Gronert was born in the Black Forest but has been living and working in Munich for almost 30 years.

After studying media informatics at the University of Applied Sciences in Furtwangen, he worked for many years as a 3D animator before becoming a board member and executive producer in a media company responsible for 3D animated television series.

As a professor for digital film design animation/VFX (since 2012) and managing director of Missing Link Software Solutions GmbH (2004), he is always technologically up to date. He has been dealing with cryptocurrencies since 2017 and with NFTs since 2021.

Through the NewMillenniumArt label, he offers various NFT collections to get to know the market and the different marketplaces better. The collections "Art Of Nuances" on opensea.io and "Organic Sculptures" on solsea.io show 2D and 3D works by himself as an artist. The two profile picture collections "Ostrich Figures" and "Shape the Ape Vo1" were created together with Mike Maurus as illustrator and are available on opensea.io.

Mike Maurus was born in Munich and lives in Munich with his family. He is an independent 2D animation professional, illustrator, storyboarder and character designer responsible for the artwork of BayernFire.io.

After graduating as a communication designer at the Munich University of Applied Sciences, he worked as a freelancer in all areas of artistic implementation of advertising, animation and film, including for BAVARIA Film, DISNEY, WARNER Bros., PRO Sieben, Haus d. Bavarian history, WÖHRL, Discovery Channel, ZDF, KiKa, WDR and others. In 1998 he finally switched from advertising and merchandising to animation. There he works for various production companies in different positions (director, creative director) on internationally successful animated TV series, cinema films and computer games, such as "The Moon Bear", "Princess Lillifee", "Ritter Rust", "Moby Dick", " Peter Pan", "Witch Lilly", "Die Wilden Kerle" ....

At the same time, he designs, writes and draws comics and young adult books, which have been successfully published by Carlsen, Ehapa, Coppenrath, Schneider and Random House. This includes the fantasy trilogy "Fantasmania", the book series "Die Wilden Kerle 2.0", the comic novel "1921 - The Oktoberfest Conspiracy, ...
