Behind Celestial Wars

 

The big question for existing fans of The Celestial Wars has been—why revise a series that averaged 4.5 stars on Amazon? The truth is my narrator and I fell in love with these stories. After three years and six novels, we were that much better at our respective crafts, so we put in the extra effort (paragraph by paragraph) to ensure The Celestial Wars withstands the test of time.

John Campbell

John Campbell joined Dell’s first Internet Sales Team in 1998, became an Enterprise Design Specialist during the Internet Revolution, then helped create and build Dell’s Partner division during his second decade there. During his tenure, Dell’s rise was meteoric—growing from 5k to 138k employees. When he retired to pursue his first love, he had a pocketful of good stories about Dell he titled “Riding on the Coattails of Genius.” 

After that, he dove into “The Celestial Wars.” His first six novels garnered praise and 4.5 stars on Amazon, but in the latter half of 2022, John and his narrator, Dan Johnson, took time out to completely revise the series. 

Why?

They’ll both tell you they fell in love with the stories and decided Harmon Waite and his escalating adventures as the son of the most powerful angel in the Universe deserved that last half a star.

Over the last several years, Daniel C.
