She is part of the editorial team of the feminist column "10nach8" at Zeit Online and works as an editor for the magazine Contemporary And, which deals with contemporary art from Africa and the diaspora.

Unter anderem schreibt sie Reportagen, Essays und Features, die sich mit der Zuschreibung von Fremdheit und der Auseinandersetzung mit Zugehörigkeit beschäftigen. Sie gehört zum Redaktions-Team der feministischen Kolumne „10nach8“ bei Zeit Online und arbeitet als Redakteurin für das Magazin Contemporary And, das zeitgenössische Kunst aus Afrika und der Diaspora verhandelt.
