The first drop on our platform includes the authors who have devoted themselves entirely to the risk and dare of the unknown frontiers of adventure. Quite deliberately, therefore, we want to present a group of writers who devised stories that thrilled and fascinated young and old across generations. The Adventurers wrote books about protagonists who are drawn to the far reaches of the world from the sheltered confines of everyday life to explore, discover and go where no one has gone before. These are stories about pirates and castaways, kings and slaves, treasure hunters and warriors, but also about the struggle for survival as well as friendship, loyalty and allegiance in the context of their historical times. Many of them with a strikingly frequently recurring motif: the island.

We celebrate them for their pride, fearlessness and foresight.

The Romantics

It may come as little surprise that with the writers of this group, we focus on the epoch of Romanticism, a period whose center of creativity is the emphasis on great feelings and the reference to eternity and nature. Less than "romantic" love, however, it is more about a phase that was characterized by a wandering into the distance as well as a longing for individuality, humanism, and creative imagination that would expand the boundaries of what could be experienced. These are all ideals that we also want to represent with Creatokia. This cluster includes appropriately great and eternal classics. We celebrate the diversity of literary forms and aim to ignite a veritable genre fireworks display.
