How to mint your Digital Original to the blockchain

When you buy a Digital Original, you can access your Unlockables and download the content of your Original.
However, you are unable to use services like a token gate or enter virtual rooms without an NFT or your wallet.
On this page, you can find out how to mint the digital original that you purchased using FIAT.

First things first

Setup a wallet, then purchase some ETH.

Before you mint your Digital Original to the Blockchain, make sure you have a wallet. To utilize NFTs at Creatokia, a Metamask wallet is required. Pay particular attention to how to safeguard your seed phrase as you learn how to create a wallet here.

You must purchase cryptocurrency once your wallet has been successfully setup. You can carry out this action directly in Metamask as well as on any other platforms you choose, including Binance, Coinbase, and others.

 

Your portfolio and gallery

  1. To access your portfolio and gallery, click on your profile photo.
  2. Your Digital Originals that you buy with FIAT currencies are shown in your portfolio and gallery.
  3. You must click on it in order to mint your desired Digital Original.

Your instance page

You will be directed to the Digital Original's instance page, where you can view all the details, after selecting your preferred Digital Original. You can connect to your current MetaMask wallet or, if you haven't already, start a new one in the box on the right side.

After connecting your MetaMask wallet, simply click on "Mint NFT," as shown in the image on the left, and you will be directed to your MetaMask extension.

Prior to minting, you can always check the current gas prices, then return later to mint your NFT with cheaper gas prices.

Minting your NFT

The website will take some time to mint after you confirm the mint with your MetaMask-Extension.

You can check your portfolio and gallery to see if your Digital Original (minted NFTs) is now listed in the section Digital Original, or you can reload the instance page.

Your instance page should appear exactly as seen in the image on the left if you were successful in minting your NFT. Your ability to resale your NFT indicates that your NFT has been successfully minted.
