For Little Knows

Hailey Stewart, trying desperately to heal from the immeasurable loss she’d experienced, grasps at one remaining ray of hope. This hope is the only thing that she could never lose, the only thing left from her lost and shattered world. Her love of art.

With one semester left and only her thesis to complete for her Masters in Fine Arts, she tries to settle into her life in Silver Springs, Colorado.

Unbeknownst to her, in that small, quant town tucked in the heart of the Rockies, a monster crouches, entangled in his own agony and hatred.

Haunted by her past, uncertain of her present, Hailey finds solace and happiness in the company of the town’s police detective and his young daughter.

As Hailey spends time with her new friends and works on her thesis, sketching crime scenes from cold case murder files, she uncovers a series of clues that lead her on a terrifying journey. She comes to find out that it is only she who can uncover the truth, free the monster, and save the girl.

Will a new-found love heal her heart? Can she work fast enough and stealthy enough to save her own life? Will she find the future she never imagined and become someone she thought she’d never be?

I really am from nowhere, and no (wink), I am not in the witness protection program - even though I have lived at both edges of the continental United States and a little in-between.

I am a believer in following my heart. I followed it along with my love of horses to the rodeo arena, my love of English to the classroom, and my love of justice to the courtroom. I was an English teacher for ten years; I have been a lawyer for five and a writer always.

I'm a LiteraryNFT author, a Web3Writer, a woman of letters. I write poetry, short stories, novels; I am even a best-selling author! My work has intrigue, love, murder, romance, but most of all it has people who are amazing. They really shine in their own lives. Writing them is an absolute joy. My bad guys are creepy! My heroines are brilliant and strong – and save themselves! 

In addition, I am the Senior Editor of Vagobond Magazine. I'm host of the Roving with Rionna Show, creator of The Craft of Writing online series, and I'm co-host of the PageDAO Show podcast. My work is published with PageDAO Magazine, Readl, Vagobond Magazine, Soltype, BookVolts, Creatokia (very soon!) and Simon & Schuster.
